This was a first for me, first time making a purse cake, I see sooooo many flaws, lol, AND my first time using gold dust and vodka. My client wanted to make the cake and cover with fondant, but isn't skilled enough to make flowers, the purse topper, etc. This was an order for the Coco Chanel black lambskin clutch topper (it IS a full red velvet recipe, not a miniature), 15 red velvet cuppies with toppers, 10 large Sugar cookies with Royal icing and Chanel logo, 6 roses with gold dust on the edges, and a large logo for the top tier of her cake.
