The couple wanted traditional flavours-base tier fruit cake, middle tier-vanilla sponge, I persuaded them to have a lemon and passion fruit top tier with white chocolate and passion fruit ganache. Their married name is "Cox" hence the apple theme and blossom. Happy with result.
