Beautiful!!!

I have to make a similar cake for my niece in November. Any advice on pitfalls? The bird concerns me, as does the cascade of tail feathers.  TIA :-)

 Thanks for your compliments. Here is my tutorial to make the feathers. I stuck them on with melted white chocolate starting from the bottom!!!!
