Naked Cake
This is my “naked cake,” quite a popular idea at the moment. The top tier is lemon and raspberry, filled with fresh lemon cream and fresh raspberries.The bottom tier is vanilla cake filled with a cream cheese and fresh cream frosting, with raspberries and strawberries mixed in. It also has a raspberry conserve. All topped off with lots of fresh fruit.
Love it. What sizes did you use and what's your cream cheese recipe?
Thanks both.... This is an 8inch and a 6inch. I don't really have a recipe for the filling its a made up one. Its very tasty.
