oh that's not bad at all for rolled buttercream -- if it will roll out smooth you're fine with it -- it doesn't need to be kneaded -- it just needs to be smooth when rolled out -- it looks like it goes smooth when you press your fingers into it so that's good -- that's fine for rolled buttercream -- remember it's not gonna do like fondant -- it's simply a rolled icing -- not really a fondant that stretches or anything like that -- great for cookies

Does it have corn syrup in it? I know that I sometimes have trouble with different things when I use corn syrup might not be the problem though
