The Painted Trail
Hand painted with edible dusting powder and cocoa butter onto a Royal iced 9" boozy fruit cake. This was raffled at the Village charity run and cycle for the All Saints Church, Houghton.
I am new to painting... this is my first effort at painting onto a flat cake!

OH I'M IN LOVE -- this is awesome -- our family is into running/cycling so that part certainly is icing on the cake hahaha but the PAINTING -- i fell in love with it before i even clicked on the thumbnail and saw the cyclists -- i love your style the tree popping out in 3-d -- all the little pops & blooms on & around the other tree & trail -- the rabbits are sweet -- the church -- you did a beautiful job -- impressionists would love this -- i sure do -- i've spent a lot of time drawing on cakes -- so this is my wheelhouse -- and i just can't say enough about your gorgeous cake -- and it's boozy too -- more the better -- lol -- great job
