My brother- and sister-in-law wanted to challenge me, so they asked for an Eiffel Tower cake for their daughter's first birthday. I used 8" and 6" squares and trimmed the sides. The top part of the tower is styrofoam. The cake is vanilla with lemon curd filling and IMBC, covered in MMF with decorator icing piping.
