All squares cut with 1/2" square cutter (hold exact shape better than using a straight edge and cutting by hand-- trust me I've tried it both ways and using the square cutter results in more uniform pieces that fit together more perfectly, which ultimately saves time). All squares are modeling chocolate. All figures are mix of fondant and modeling chocolate.
