I made this cake for my great aunt and uncle's 60th wedding anniversary. They didn't have a wedding cake when they got married so we decided to make them one that represented something they love. The mountains! Two tiers are vanilla with Bavarian crème filling and one is chocolate with buttercream filling. All the flowers (violets, Linton roses, succulents and moss) are real and the rocks are chocolate.
