Hamburger Cake
This cake I made for the 16th birthday of my son who works at McDonalds. This giant cake is for 35 people. The top and bottem are vanilla biscuits and the middle one is a chocolat cake. The top tier is filled with mashed strawberries (ketchup), the middle tier is filled with homemade chocolat mousse and the bottem tier is filled with home made lemoncurd mixed with creamcheese and whipped cream.

Thanks billymj52 :) It was a delicious cake. These are recipes I use a lot. De strawberries you have to mix (mash) them and cook them to make a kind of jelly; The chocolatemousse I made from ganache with an extra amount of whipped cream and put that in the kitchenaid for a few minutes so it gets 'fluffy'. The lemoncurd I made from a recipe from 'www.deleukstetaarten.nl\vullingen' and mixed it whit cream cheese (or mascarpone). Its easy to make and very jummy!
