This cake was made for my clients best friend who wanted a tasteful Gothic themed cake that had red, black and skulls – so this is what I came up with :) The top skull is a white chocolate skull that has been airbrushed black and the skull cameo is fondant.

The cake is made from choc mud and caters for approx 80 coffee / 40 desert size portions.
