Three layers of chocolate cake, two layers of Cran-Raspberry SMBC and fresh raspberries. The cake is carved to the shape of a flower pot, covered in modelling chocolate. I used Wilton's Global Fondant and Gum Paste Mold to decorate the pot. The Gerber Daisies and the leaves are handmade from sugar paste, dusted with petal dust. The dirt is chocolate cake crumbs and the ribbon is sugarpaste.
