We have a place in town that serves giant pancakes they put your leftovers in a pizza box. My nephew wanted a cookie cake for his bday. I needed a box for travel so went for a visit and the chocolate chip pancake cookie cake complete w butter pats, whip cream icing and powder sugar was born.
