The bride asked for a simple vintage inspired cake that had to be mint green. Imitated the beading on the brides dress and lace from veil. It was perfect for a wooded Sunday afternoon reception. As simple as it was on the outside it was nothing but depth on the inside. The top tier is lemon cake with lemon curd, middle is whiskey and pear filling, bottom is blueberry moonshine mousseline, and all is iced in Italian buttercream. It was amazing to work with a more adventurous bride.
