This is from the Craftsy class Fondant Frills. Maggie Austin says its a cabbage rose, but it doesn't seem similar to the photos of cabbage roses online (which seem to be much more similar to peony's). Regardless I think its a pretty flower!

This was made with pink gum paste with pink blossom tint added to the centre for depth and a bit of sparkle.
