This is a golden vanilla cake in 4tiers with (only shortening)vanilla buttercream frosting and white fondant. All details are made from gumpaste, birds, cross, flowers, bows....this is the biggest cake I have made, I live in a country with high humidity so there are a lot of challenges working with fondant for example.
