I have no professional training so I figured making 80 cupcake for my wedding would be easier than a 3 tier cake. They are vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream and silver cachous. The top tier is made of white choc mud cake with duck egg coloured fondant and handmade ivory roses.
