OK, so I practiced recipes and whatnot before but only covered one small cake in MMF before and didn't decorate it. Here's the wedding cake I made for my sister-in-law today.

I ran out of time (oops) and didn't decorate it exactly as I'd planned but I think it looks nice. It's a white almond cake with strawberry filling and white chocolate ganache instead of buttercream covered in mmf. People were raving about the taste and the bride said it was literally the best cake she'd ever had lol.
