This is a doctor cake I did for my fiance's doctor at her work. He was leaving and wanted me to do a cake for him. It's a 12x16 cake all done in fondant. The stethoscope is fondant and the doctor pin, name tag and pocket pen is gumpaste. I had a fun time doing this.
