I made this cake for our families 2011 Easter celebration. I used a 9" round cake pan for the bottom layer and an 8" round cake pan for the top layer. I made a Dutch chocolate cake with chocolate icing and covered with fondant. The bunny, carrots, and flowers were made from a fondant/gum paste mixture.
