Chocolate cupcakes, bc icing. Got my ideas from CC photos. Made the pumpkin stems from Tootsie Rolls cut in half lengthwise.. Made the ghosts from white fondant circles layed over malt balls & pleated at the bottom & used black food coloring marker for the eyes.
