The client's mother has been undergoing quite a bit of physical therapy. She wanted to thank the PTs for all of their help in getting her mom up and around. The mobile whirlpool is cake iced in butter-cream. The "motor" is an upside-down cupcake covered in butter-cream and resting on a dowel rod covered in fondant. The lady, floating pillow, slippers, towel and stairs are fondant.
