I made this possum cake for my brother for his birthday. He is the practical joker of the family so I decided to get him with this one. He asked for a red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, so he got it! This was my first time using an airbrush so the cake board was a little messy. I used the grass tip to give the hairy look to the possum. The whole family loved this cake.
