UCLA Bruins cake for the principal of a local middle school. She is a huge Bruins fan. I found the cartoon version of the Bruins Mascot online and thought it was perfect for the cake topper. Everything is edible - the cake topper is gumpaste and hand painted with black edible food color! Cake is 6", WASC with BC frosting. UCLA logo is fondant. TFL
