First I would like to thank all the people on CC for the ideas for this cake. Made this for a friend who just graduated from Nursing school. Used MMF with red candy melts for the top tier. All tools & nurse hat are MMF with Tylose added to dry faster. Heart rate is BC. A big THANK YOU to my DH for helping me make the tools.
