Red velvet cake with Caramel buttercream, covered in red fondant, drizzled with chocolate ganache and surrounded by chocolate covered strawberries.

It was very hot in my car and the top layer started to bubble and melt... fixed it as best I could, the bride was happy with it, so I guess that is what counts. :)
