filled and iced than i rolled and rolled strings of fondant and wrapped them one by one around the cake pressing slighly to give the uneven shape than for the top i cut one big circle and folded all the edges in and placed on top. added color and used fondant for butter. I used corn syrup, caramel and brown to make the "syrup"
