I made this cake for my daughter's wedding in April. She did a beach theme and wanted the cake to look like water. The cake was pecan praline with praline cream cheese icing. Sooooooooooooo good! I made the shells from white choc and as she didn't want the normal topper I found a mold to make a sand castle for the top. The board on the bottom was covered with a mixture of graham cracker crumbs and homemade shortbread cookies.
