This is a pirate cake I've just finished but dont think its going to to survive transit. The body is chocolate sponge with chocolate buttercream filling, the head is rice krispie treats (first time I've used it), all covered in fondant icing. All was going well until I notice my pirate starting to lean backwards...I have now propped the head up with dowel rod, and dont know how to hide it as I cant give it to the customer with wood showing at the back....dont know what I could have done diferant...any suggestions greatly appreciated
