This is my first attempt at decorating a cake using techniques and tips from tutorials. The idea is from the Wilton website Fair and Square cake. This is a 3 layer cake with the bottom layer red velvet, the middle marble, and the top is also red velvet. The icing and decorations is bc. After seeing the finished product, I realize I need to work on the writing. I am really excited to make more cakes!
