This cake is half chocolate and half yellow cake with 3 layers filled with custard. The cap is yellow cake with a coconut filling. Topped with butter cream frosting. The cap and tassle are made of fondant. This cake was fun to make but weighed about 30lbs! It took like 13 hrs to make all together!
