I made this cake for my mine and hubby's 8th anniversary this year. This cake was made about a week after we moved across the state and as I was getting ready to decorate it I realized that I was somehow missing my box of cake stuff so all I had was this grocery store kit of a couple bags and a few tips that I had gotten for Christmas. So I made due with what I had on had and this was the result. If you look there are 8 "rings" for 8 years of marriage. The cake itself is three layers and has two layers chocolate with one layer peanut butter, with peanut butter buttercream for filling. The outside is all buttercream and a combimation of chocolate, vanilla, and peanut butter.
