This cake was inspired by the move Rachel's getting married, the bride had seen the movie and just had to have this cake. The elephant is made of RKT and covered in modeling chocolate and fondant. the cake is a 10 inch square chocolate cake filled with milk chocolate truffle filling then dirty iced with chocolate ganache.
