This is my 1st fishing cake. Was a learning experience. Chocolate cake with buttercream. Airbrushed (Wilton spray) buttercream. Fish is RKT and chocolate covered in fondant. Gumpaste weeds. Cattails are uncooked pasta with fondant. Still trying to figure out how to make the fish look and stay wet. I used a 50/50 corn syrup/vodka mixture. The problem with is that it washed of paint when applied.
