This is a scaled down, practice version of a larger cake that I will be making as a topper for a cuppie tower for a wedding in August. This is my first time using the petal technique on a cake. The pink gerbera is something I just plopped on for some color...LOL. It was also my first time making and using Charlotte's Whipped Cream Butterceam.
