This is a surprise cake for a friend's baby shower. They are having difficulty agreeing on a name of the little one so for months they have been calling him "Fish" since he is swimming around. Thought it would be fun. Used 26 cupcakes. Covered in creamcheese frosting. To make the scales I used the Tip adapter without a tip to make the dots with a little point. Then when it crusted some I patted it down to overlap the ones behind it. Added some sugar pearls for bubble effect and MMF eye and mouth.
