I am a truck driver and was out on the road for Mother's Day. When we found out we were going to be able to meet family for the day, I decided I wanted to make a cake. Since our semi doesn't have an oven, I decided to do the next best thing. I called and ordered an 8-inch, iced, non-decorated cake and then decorated it myself. Of course, I left my "Truck" decorating kit at home so I had to really improvise! I used artificial flowers and just bought a tube of icing. It's not the best job, but I thought I'd share anyway.
