This was 2 stacked 6 inch cakes. I actually carved down to 5 inches so they would be about the size of real pancakes once I added the edges. Strawberry, blueberries and butter are fondant. Syrup is homemade piping gel tinted to look like syrup. The hardest part of this cake was getting the colors right. Thanks to Sherryd75 for her tips! TFL!
