I made this cake for a friends Luau. The fire, volcano and chicken on a spit were modeled out of gumpaste. The hut is made from pretzel sticks and the trees made out of Pretzel rods with gumpaste leaves. The sand is Graham crackers crushed with yellow sugar cystals mixed in. The sea is tinted piping gel and the grass is buttercream. really enjoyed making this cake. thanks to all all the inspiration here on CC
