Ok, so this is my first truck...definitely learned a lot from this. Carving was easy, the covering in fondant was not. This truck was huge - I used two 11x15 pans for it. It's sitting on three covered pieces of styrofoam along with the board underneath it. gotta figure out a better way to do the board. I hot glued the styrofoam pieces to the bottom board and the truck board and that worked well. Well, guess I'll have try again.
