I started off intending to make a purse cake, but the cake was too soft to form. My son said, "Why not make it look like a key lime pie?" Perfect idea! We left the sides unfrosted to give a graham cracker look and frosted the top. The Whip cream is butter cream icing. I used key limes to dress it up.
