3 tier cake made for a 50th birthday party, for a lady who does not need to have a age on a cake or 'granny flower'! I wanted to make something modern but classy, a statement cake. The navy blue and pale pink matched the decor at the venue, it worked perfectly for me! The top and bottom tier are chocolate filled with chocolate ganache and the middle tier was vanilla filled with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream.
