Wasn't sure which category to use, and didn't feel it was necessarily "adult only"...so I hope this is appropriate! Requested by 3 wives for their husbands (Greg, Dave, and Darryl - their names are in metallic silver on the top of he cake). Pole dancer is gumpaste/fondant. Harder to sculpt than I thought! Several ideas inspired by other cakes I have seen!
