Just a last minute cake made in about an hour for my husbands birthday. Not the greatest, but he liked it. It is a cream cheese cake (yummy) decorated with a sail made of sugar glass along with a fondant surfer and surfboard. If you look closely you can see that the surfer kept falling into the water, just like my husband. Hehe.
