This was the first heart cake I have done. I was very pleased with it. The only thing I do not like is the green for the letters. I was going to do the letters in pink icing but I ran out, so I had to use green

I like the green color, it gives contrast. I learned in a class that if you want a green that compliments your flowers, add just a LITTLE bit of your flower color (pink in this case) to your green a little bit at a time till you get the color you want.Great jo...
