6/9/12 on fondant covered base. First time I used SPS system & am really glad I did! This was for a friend's home wedding and when I arrived at 2:30 I was instructed to set the cake up outside (Phoenix - 85 degrees & wedding was at 5 PM). Once I reminded the MOH what would happen to the cake she provided indoor space on a drafting table with a 5 degree tilt - OMG! Cake went together smoothly and sat on the tilted surface for 4 hours without any problems. Cake was moved outside out after it cooled off and all was well. Can't tell you how relieved I was to have this one done and over with.
