I LOVE Chipotle! I was so excited to make this for my friends daughter's 16th bday.!

Rice = white cake, cilantro made from green colored coconut black beans = black jelly beans tossed in thinned out chocolate frosting corn salsa= chopped up yellow jelly beans mixed in with green and purple sprinkles hot salsa =raspberry filling mixed with fresh raspberries for texture sour cream = thinned out cool whip cheese = very very very very pale yellow tinted coconut guac = sage green butter cream. mixed in chopped up lime green jelly beans, fresh red & golden raspberries, and a few bits of left over "cilantro"

tortilla chips are sugar cookies brushed with cinnamon and topped with coarse sugar
