Brown Faux Leather Purse Cake

Chocolate cake filled with vanilla buttercream, covered with chocolate marshmallow fondant. Similar to a design I saw in Confetti Cakes book. First time making a carved cake. It looked great the first night, but by the next day the fondant started bulging/sliding. I think it was a combination of too much buttercream plus I had carved the bottom too much.
