I made the windmill all out of chocolate. I put candy melts in loaf pans, and melted them quickly in my toaster oven set at 250. Cooled them then used a razor blade to cut the pieces out, stuck them together with more chocolate. The green, brick, roof, and flowers are modeling chocolate. Frosting is BC.
