This is a three tiered (12", 9", 6") topsy turvy cake. Each tier is three layers of cake. Due to the amt of people invited, we needed the most amt of cake we could get and decided against tapering the sides of the cake. The cake is coated in Sugar Shacks buttercream and covered in Fondx fondant. The shower was decorated in eggplant, which was a very hard color to get right, and mauve. The picture doesn't show the right tone to the color. It looks more purple in this picture than it's rich creamy eggplant color. Thanks for looking!!
